    I assume we’re talking about Turkey and North Cyprus.
    It is not complicated much but not the same thing as a person from California wanted to go to New York.
    They are given a visitor visa usually for 3 months, and after that time they have to leave cyprus.Like all foreigners they need a work permit to work in North Cyprus.
