Does Anyone Know How To Download From Bbc Iplayer?

iv downloaded bbc iplayer desktop, but cant seem to work it out!
or does anyone know of any other ways of doing it?

    Go here – http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/install
    Oh I apologise I’ll admit I didn’t read the question properly, in that case – go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/ at the top of the page you’ll see a search bar, search for the program you want to download, for example Casualty, you’d find this page – http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00… , at the bottom right hand corner you’ll see a button saying Download, click that, and it will automatically open BBC iPlayer on your desktop and commence downloading. It may take a while.
