I have a computer running Vista Ultimate that will not connect to a PPTP VPN connection although 3 others can?

All computers are same make, model, and configuration. Security is config’d same on all machines. Connection and VPN are config’d same on all machines. Error log states:
…….VPN Connection which has failed. The Error Code on returned failure is 807

All other information is consistant with information from a working machine.

Please Help?

    try updating the ip address> start> run> ip config (try to have it the same for all three.
