As president, she might have caused the stock market to plunge over 2,000 points in the six weeks after she assumed office, left vital posts in the Treasury unfilled for two months, been described by insiders as ‘overwhelmed’ by the office, and then gone on to diss the British Prime Minister on his first state visit, giving him, as one head of state to another, a set of DVDs plucked from the aisles of Wal Mart, a tasteful gift, even if they can’t be played on a TV in Britain. (Note, the Prime Minister, who is losing his eyesight, may even be blind in one eye).
As vice president, she might have told Katie Couric that when the stock market crashed in 1929, President Franklin D. Roosevelt went on TV to reassure a terrified nation. Or on her first trip abroad as Secretary of State, she might have, as the AP reported, “raised eyebrows on her first visit to Europe…when she mispronounced her “EU counterparts names and claimed U.S. democracy was older than Europe’s,” then gave the Russian minister a gag “reset” button, on which the word “reset” was translated incorrectly.
And she may have been signing all sorts of bills without reading their content, then feigning outrage when people act on those bills!
I mean its a excellent thing we now have sophisticates running the country, not a moose-hunting ditz from Alaska. God knows what might have happened then right?? 0o

The fact that I believed that the sum of the blunders of all the democrats in washington could really have been things she could do, attests to how much confidence I have in her ability to even get the most basic facts right.
We will see as she gears up for 2012, but even with McCains well-qualified people handling her, she was her own worst enemy and came off looking like a ditz.

Cold Hard Fact – “Hyperinflation” constitutes a prolonged 50% inflation per month for several months in a row. I hope you’re not implying that we have seen that in this country since the 19th century.

The hyperinflation will start late next month with the collapse of the bond market (mark my words), and it will be because of Obama and the Democratic Congress, and their pure inability to know simple economics.
While well written, not really that terrible. I mean the fact that sending the incorrect set of DVD’s even makes your list during these times shows how spectacular Obama is doing. And no sh*t he’s overwhelmed, most of us are at our simple jobs, imagine being president.
Also the stock market was on its way down with Bush in power, and obviously has very small to do with obama’s small tenure, but I’m sure as someone who can string two sentences together you already knew that.
If Palin had made it to Washington, she would have over stepped her bounds and tried to reform something she knows nothing about (remember she didn’t know what a VP does).
You failed to mention she might do inappropriate things like tell the truth, stick to her word,,, fight corruption even in her own party (She has done that before you know – no telling what she could stumble upon in DC)

The answer to the simple question is YES! It is a fantastic thing Palin stayed in Alaska while the charlatan usurper Obama plays us all for fools and destroys the economy and culture.
She is showing what a smart, sharp, experienced and ethical person can do, for Alaska is doing fantastic under Palin’s governorship, while the rest of the US is poisoned and ruined by the deep malevolence and the abject incompetence of charming idiot it elected. Makes a high-contrast situation, so that hopefully the dimwit voters who pulled the lever for Obama might have a chance of seeing things as they are.
And we see the ironic ruse in your explanation — all those fails have come from Obama.

She might have sent 900 million to Gaza. She might have not been able to see the teleprompter without her glasses. She might be intent upon taking guns out of the hands of our commercial airline pilots. She might have doubled our debt in less that 2 months. She might claim she didn’t read the stimulus we so desperately needed. She might have named the fledgling Hillary SOS and she might have given Panetta the role of CIA Chief.

Maybe not. Perhaps she would’ve cut government spending, taken a pay cut herself, praised those who did their jobs well, i.e. our border patrol agents, and she’d also make it to church on time unless there was a life-threatening emergency.
Right now, she is plotting not to take funds from the stimulus because it would leave her state beholden to the Fed. Government for years to come.
oh, you forgot to mention that palins ratings would probably be lower than bush’s ratings were at this point in his presidency…
