This product is brilliant at a very excellent price.

I bought to use it as a TV, but I’m using it as a Monitor as well.

Simple to setup, with plenty of options.

Audio is excellent considering that its size is designed for small rooms, so in my opinion you don’t need to buy extra equipment for the audio.

I strongly recommend this product !!!

Brilliant TV/Monitor with Freeview incorporated. Excellent clear picture, sound a small “thin” but perfectly acceptable.

    I would recommend this TV.

Not a review as such, but since there is no email address to email… The picture clearly shows 2 hdmi sockets and the manufacturers description mentions 2. But, the brief description only refers to 1 hdmi socket.

Very disappointed with the tv. It is unable to pick up any signal at our house even though we have other digital boxes which can perfectly, so we have to use it with a digital box which we didn’t want to do. Also the sound quality is poor, it sounds very tinny.

I recently bought this small gem. With my Nvidea GForce graphics card in my PC, and after loading the driver that comes on disk with this monitor/TV, the show is superb at the full 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution. With high-resolution still photographs taken with my 14.7Mpx Canon G10 digital camera, the detail with JPG or RAW files is stunning. The caveat is that the monitor must be set up using the simple-to-follow menu system – the settings, as delivered, left a lot to be desired in contrast, brightness, colours, sharpness and gamma.

As a TV the video on this unit is also very excellent – again after the settings are adjusted using the simple-to-use menu system. I have seen criticisms of the audio, but again the audio should be set up with the simple-to-use menu system and the sound will be found to be as excellent as that on much larger and costly LED or plasma TVs. Indeed I would rate the audio as being above average. Naturally, as both monitor and a TV, an external amplifier/speaker system can be driven using via the 3.5mm audio socket on the right-hand side of the screen. I have connected a Samsung DV-H1080 DVD player using the single HDMI socket on the rear and because this DVD player provides upscaling to the full 1920×1080p (progressive) HD standard, the picture from standard DVDs looks as excellent as that obtained from a Blue-Ray HD DVD played to one of the many of large LED and plasma TVs that only offer pixel support up to 768 vertical pixels. Buyers of TVs might check on their HD TV’s specification to see if their show pixel count can support any better than 720 lines interlaced (most give 768 as the native pixel count and many are interlaced rather than the Full HD progressive scan).

As well as one HDMI input, a DVI-D, a D15, and two SCART sockets, there are the usual array of component phono sockets on the rear panel. For those who want to connect to a full-house 5.1 audio system there is an optical connection on the back of this TV/monitor, but you’d have to check that your 5.1 audio system also has an optical connection. The last connection feature that should be mentioned is the 3.5mm DV/audio input socket on the rear of this monitor/TV. Some video camcorders have such a socket (Sony and Panasonic for example), but readers should be aware that this is a special 4-pole 3.5mm connection (not the common 3-pole). Sony and Panasonic camcorders used to come supplied with this lead but 4-pole jack plugs (code QT65V) an be obtained from Maplin who also offer a 4-pole 3.5mm to phono lead (Code L51BA).

This monitor/TV is relatively light, and comes with an easily attached stand (using a single thumb-screw). It can be wall mounted using a suitable VESA standard wall-mount.
