Bought this for photoshop work and it’s incredible. Clear colours that exactly match my camera and printer

First, let me say that I mainly use this monitor for computer purposes, namely gaming and web browsing. The image quality is consistantly brilliant, vived colours and not a pixel out of place. You may find you need to adjust the brightness slightly upon starting her up though, the default setting is vicious to the eyes.

As far as 22″ monitors go, it’s probably one of the best looking ones I’ve seen in a long time. The clear glass border, curved base and a soft red glow near the bottom makes this a stylish addition to any workspace.

Of course, one of the major selling points of the T220HD is its wide variety of connectivity options. Currently, I have this monitor connected to my PC via DVI, Playstation 2 via SCART, and Playstation 3 via one of the HDMI slots. All look brilliant on screen, albeit after some resolution tweaking.

I would say that the sound from this monitor is tinny at best, which is to be expected really. A small set of half decent speakers can easily remedy this, and can even be connected directly through the back of the monitor aswell.

All in all, a solid buy. If you’re looking for an attractive, high quality monitor with connection options for all your gaming needs, you could do much worse then the T220HD.

(P.S. As always, brilliant service from Amazon. Arrived within two days in pristine condition.)

I bought this TV with a view to use it in a small room (uni dorm); for which it is perfect. But, in the significantly larger room where I originally set it up the sound was a bit lost. That is not to say it was terrible quality, just a bit silent, especially with more than 1 person watching/making noise!

Would certainly recommend this TV as it looks and works fantastic!

I bought this as a second monitor for my system, to co-reside with a Samsung T240HD. Both are brilliant value for money with the T220HD, as you would expect, having a slightly poorer picture when used as an HDTV because of its size. Only problem I have had is not being able to use Natural Color Pro as I have a Vista 64bit system, but the NVIDIA software I have seems to do most of what I need.

It seems to be a weakness of all of the smaller LCD TVs, the sound levels just don’t quite go high enough. Loud enough for most of the time, but not loud enough to drown out the kids. The sound is a bit tinny as supplied, but a few moments tweaking the equalisation settings soon cures that. The picture quality is very excellent off digital TV broadcasts and brilliant off DVDs. The menus were pretty simple to use, I managed to find everything I needed without trawling through the manual (on CD only – no booklet) Setup was rapid and the remote is very excellent, point it in completely the incorrect direction or at the duvet and it still works. A excellent second TV for the bedroom. One other slight gripe – if it’s meant to double as a PC monitor, the stand really ought to be adjustable, but it doesn’t have any adjustability at all.

So overall very excellent, a bit more oomph to the speakers and an adjustable stand would make it 5*.
