It says subtitles are available but when you play after download they aren’t.

I am moving to the UAE and want to use the BBC iplayer, I know that cannot use it because you are out of the country and your ISP knows this.

I’ve been researching it using Google and have only been able to find people saying that programmes from the last 7 days are available to play.
But how long does one have to wait for an episode they’ve missed to be added to the programme?
