Unprotecting BBC iplayer Videos?

I have downloading a program off bbc iplayer, and want to place it on my ipod, but because it is protected my converter wont let me convert. How do I unprotect it? It is a WMV file…

    The only thing I could find is Daniusoft DVD to iPod Suite , The link below has a free trial. Hope this helps
