    I use the personal vpn, http://www.personalvpn.org when I travel from the UK. They have UK servers and it works fine.

    dude after just watching Top Gear on iplayer just now and living in France i can tell you that nearly any decent proxy has java script enabled. the link below shows a fantastic tutorial on how to watch iplayer abroad. Its thanks to that, i can watch iplayer.

    ps. don’t listen to the people that say its illegal. i always say : “its only illegal if you get caught ;) ” lol
