Why isnt Family guy on bbc iPlayer?

I always watch family guy at 0:0 to 0:40 on saturday – sunday night on bbc3 , but it just isnt on the iPlayer?
Is there anywere were i can watch the episodes i saw or missed online?

    it’s not on iplayer cause it would hurt dvd sales.
