I just heared her song on the radio and I really thought it was Liona Lewis!!
There talent shows are so samey that’s why i stopped watching it after the 1st series.

But they are NOT the same
You are dead right in that she is not unique. She pulls faces and exaggerates the words and her body actions. The fact is that she was the best from the batch of X factor finalists and with some coaching and grooming she could develop into one of the best. Leona Lewis has a fantastic and unique voice with a wonderful range and fantastic control. No wonder she is doing so well.
I agree she is dull, silly, rubbish, and incredibly tearful. Who cares if her dreams came right – i dont give a sh** really! Eoghan did not deserve to win but it was very obvious that he was given a raw deal. I mean Boyzone and 2 other rubbish songs? The judges didn want him to win. Which really if they open it to the public then the public shud choose! Eoghan wodn make any money for them ie another leon jackson. But his votes were frozen in Ni.reland. Excellent entertainment pre going out on a staurday nite but its all a ploy! Diana was the best………….
I reckon she was the best of the final bunch. But I still reckon Laura was robbed.
I must admit all this bending over forwards like having stomach cramps when “shouting the high notes” is making me sick. Also the flicking of fingers whilst holding the microphone gets on my nerves – Yes I’m a candidate for “Grumpy Ancient Women”!!!

She won, she deserves to win, the girl can sing and she sings very well

Unfortunately there are a shedload of women singers out there who sound exactly the same. Maybe it’s just the trend at the moment for that type of voice. Next year it’ll be a different type of voice that’s in vogue..
I agree I stopped watching because I do not reckon that she or any one else for that matter were exceptional and I reckon you will find that the whole show was in fact staged what a pantomime of sob tales and tears!
I reckon she was the most talented one on X-Factor ( maybe with the exception of Ruth) & she deserved to win, but she’s not at all in the same class as Leona.
It,s the X Factor sound, we have all heared it before & we will hear it all again next year, it’s a fix anyway.
